Our Designing Engaging Trainings session offers practical strategies for crafting well-organized, engaging, and goal-oriented training experiences. Participants will explore key elements of instructional design, learning how to structure content, plan logistics, and create interactive agendas tailored to their specific audience and learning objectives. Through guided exercises, attendees will develop an agenda for an upcoming training need, including outlines for interactive activities they will use, ensuring they walk away with a clear framework to implement in their own work. This training provides actionable tools to boost engagement, improve learning outcomes, and elevate the effectiveness of any training session.
This three-hour interactive course is facilitated live, and it is available both in-person (Albuquerque and Santa Fe) and virtually through Zoom.
