Ocotillo Training and Consulting LLC provides professional training and consulting services, including but not limited to needs assessments, curriculum development, and live or virtual training facilitation. Topics may include leadership, DEI, motivational interviewing, outreach, and related areas.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site:

8. Payment and Pricing

 

Pricing for services is determined in two ways:

 

• Pricing for Custom Training Solutions is determined through consultation and may vary based on scope, duration, and customization. Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.

• Pricing for Preplanned Trainings is shown for each currently available training on our Services list. Preplanned trainings have a fixed price for standard, non-customized training content up to a certain maximum number of attendees.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

 

Cancellations for Free Consultations are available anytime.

​

Cancellations for Preplanned Trainings must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of the service. With less than 48 hours' notice, refunds will not be given for cancellations of in-person or virtual Preplanned Trainings. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled time and date of the service. If you need to reschedule a Preplanned Training, please contact Ocotillo Training and Consulting LLC as soon as possible to see if we have availability. Rescheduling Preplanned Trainings is offered at the sole discretion of Ocotillo Training and Consulting LLC. Attempts to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation and being billed the full amount for the session. If we cannot accommodate a reschedule request that is made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time and date of the Preplanned Training, you can cancel the session with no charge.

Cancellations for Custom Training Solutions will be considered on a case-by-case basis as governed by applicable law, as Custom Training Solutions are governed by individually negotiated contracts, scopes of work, and/or service agreements.

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in New Mexico.

11. Changes to Services

 

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason, unless doing so would violate local law.

12. Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
