Service Description
This three-hour training equips leaders with tools to strengthen active listening and feedback across diverse communication styles—including the often-neglected practice of receiving feedback. Participants explore verbal and nonverbal techniques, adapt strategies to action-, people-, idea-, and fact-based styles, and apply skills in structured roleplay scenarios focused on giving feedback in challenging situations. Through guided practice, attendees learn to engage teams intentionally, foster connection, and reduce misunderstandings, enhancing leadership impact through meaningful, responsive dialogue.
Cancellation Policy
Our Preplanned Trainings are priced at a flat rate ($250/hr) of active facilitation time. Prices shown are per session, not per participant. That means that a 2-hour Preplanned Training for 30 participants at your organization would cost $500 plus any applicable taxes. Please note that while we can accommodate large audiences for virtual trainings, in-person trainings may be capped based on limitations of your space. For in-person trainings, we recommend you schedule a free consultation. Cancellations for Preplanned Trainings must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of the service. With less than 48 hours' notice, refunds will not be given for cancellations of in-person or virtual Preplanned Trainings. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled time and date of the service.
