This three-hour training equips educators and facilitators with practical tools for designing dynamic, learner-centered trainings. Participants explore instructional design principles, build interactive agendas, and plan engaging sessions tailored to diverse audiences. Through hands-on exercises and guided planning, attendees leave with a ready-to-use tools and plans that boost engagement, enhance learning outcomes, and transform educational content into memorable, impactful experiences.
Cancellation Policy
Our Preplanned Trainings are priced at a flat rate ($250/hr) of active facilitation time. Prices shown are per session, not per participant. That means that a 2-hour Preplanned Training for 30 participants at your organization would cost $500 plus any applicable taxes. Please note that while we can accommodate large audiences for virtual trainings, in-person trainings may be capped based on limitations of your space. For in-person trainings, we recommend you schedule a free consultation. Cancellations for Preplanned Trainings must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of the service. With less than 48 hours' notice, refunds will not be given for cancellations of in-person or virtual Preplanned Trainings. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled time and date of the service. If you need to reschedule a Preplanned Training, please contact Ocotillo Training and Consulting LLC as soon as possible to see if we have availability.
