Service Description
Empathetic leadership is essential for building trust, navigating conflict, and fostering inclusive workplaces. This interactive training explores cognitive, emotional, and compassionate empathy, and teaches leaders how to communicate with clarity and care through active listening, validation, and meaningful support. Participants will engage in roleplay scenarios that challenge them to apply empathy in real-world situations, while also identifying common roadblocks like bias, burnout, and fear. A photovoice-inspired SHOWED activity invites deeper reflection on empathy, identity, and leadership. Ideal for anyone seeking to lead with emotional intelligence and authenticity.
Cancellation Policy
Our Preplanned Trainings are priced at a flat rate ($250/hr) of active facilitation time. Prices shown are per session, not per participant. That means that a 2-hour Preplanned Training for 30 participants at your organization would cost $500 plus any applicable taxes. Please note that while we can accommodate large audiences for virtual trainings, in-person trainings may be capped based on limitations of your space. For in-person trainings, we recommend you schedule a free consultation. Cancellations for Preplanned Trainings must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of the service. With less than 48 hours' notice, refunds will not be given for cancellations of in-person or virtual Preplanned Trainings. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled time and date of the service.
