Training for Adaptive Leadership Communication
Service Description
This three-hour training helps leaders enhance team dynamics by understanding and adapting communication and leadership styles. Participants explore democratic and autocratic leadership models, then dive into how trust and messaging shape team culture. Through a collaborative World Cafe activity, attendees examine communication mindset, mode, and personality—building skills to tailor feedback, foster clarity, and strengthen team connections through inclusive, strategic interaction.
Cancellation Policy
Our Preplanned Trainings are priced at a flat rate ($250/hr) of active facilitation time. Prices shown are per session, not per participant. That means that a 2-hour Preplanned Training for 30 participants at your organization would cost $500 plus any applicable taxes. Please note that while we can accommodate large audiences for virtual trainings, in-person trainings may be capped based on limitations of your space. For in-person trainings, we recommend you schedule a free consultation. Cancellations for Preplanned Trainings must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of the service. With less than 48 hours' notice, refunds will not be given for cancellations of in-person or virtual Preplanned Trainings. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled time and date of the service.
