Intermediate Practice in MI Techniques
Service Description
This two-hour Intermediate MI Practice session helps participants refine skills through immersive roleplay and personalized coaching. Designed for those with foundational MI experience, the training emphasizes complex reflections, including double-sided reflections, and other Focusing and Evoking strategies, such as ask-tell-ask. Participants navigate realistic scenarios, receive feedback, and build confidence in managing nuanced conversations across healthcare, leadership, counseling, and coaching. Limited to 10 for maximum practice time.
Cancellation Policy
Our Preplanned Trainings are priced at a flat rate ($250/hr) of active facilitation time. Prices shown are per session, not per participant. That means that a 2-hour Preplanned Training for 30 participants at your organization would cost $500 plus any applicable taxes. Please note that while we can accommodate large audiences for virtual trainings, in-person trainings may be capped based on limitations of your space. For in-person trainings, we recommend you schedule a free consultation. Cancellations for Preplanned Trainings must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of the service. With less than 48 hours' notice, refunds will not be given for cancellations of in-person or virtual Preplanned Trainings. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled time and date of the service.
