Service Description
This two-hour training helps leaders strengthen strategic focus through team-centered prioritization. Participants explore tools to balance competing demands, streamline workflows, and identify high-impact tasks versus time drains. Using their own real-world examples, attendees practice setting clear, motivating leadership priorities that drive results, reduce overwhelm, and foster team success. Practical exercises and group reflection empower leaders to lead with intention, clarity, and confidence.
Cancellation Policy
Our Preplanned Trainings are priced at a flat rate ($250/hr) of active facilitation time. Prices shown are per session, not per participant. That means that a 2-hour Preplanned Training for 30 participants at your organization would cost $500 plus any applicable taxes. Please note that while we can accommodate large audiences for virtual trainings, in-person trainings may be capped based on limitations of your space. For in-person trainings, we recommend you schedule a free consultation. Cancellations for Preplanned Trainings must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of the service. With less than 48 hours' notice, refunds will not be given for cancellations of in-person or virtual Preplanned Trainings. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled time and date of the service. If you need to reschedule a Preplanned Training, please contact Ocotillo Training and Consulting LLC as soon as possible to see if we have availability.
