DEI Training in Stigma and Bias
Service Description
This four-hour DEI training helps participants build awareness of stigma through engaging dialogue, guided reflection, and practical strategies. Attendees explore self-, public, structural, and linguistic forms of stigma, while identifying their own experiences as both recipients and contributors. Through interactive exercises, participants gain tools to challenge assumptions, foster inclusive practices, and create spaces where diverse perspectives are embraced and valued.
Cancellation Policy
Our Preplanned Trainings are priced at a flat rate ($250/hr) of active facilitation time. Prices shown are per session, not per participant. That means that a 2-hour Preplanned Training for 30 participants at your organization would cost $500 plus any applicable taxes. Please note that while we can accommodate large audiences for virtual trainings, in-person trainings may be capped based on limitations of your space. For in-person trainings, we recommend you schedule a free consultation. Cancellations for Preplanned Trainings must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of the service. With less than 48 hours' notice, refunds will not be given for cancellations of in-person or virtual Preplanned Trainings. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled time and date of the service.
