Service Description
This four-hour training exploring trauma-informed approaches to leadership empowers leaders to cultivate trauma-informed practices that build open-heartedness, trust, and psychological safety. Through exploration of workplace norms, stress neurobiology, and the effects of emotional suppression, participants gain insight into the benefits of empathetic leadership. Interactive exercises and collaborative discussion lead to a personalized action step, helping you create environments where individuals feel supported, understood, and motivated to thrive.
Cancellation Policy
Our Preplanned Trainings are priced at a flat rate ($250/hr) of active facilitation time. Prices shown are per session, not per participant. That means that a 2-hour Preplanned Training for 30 participants at your organization would cost $500 plus any applicable taxes. Please note that while we can accommodate large audiences for virtual trainings, in-person trainings may be capped based on limitations of your space. For in-person trainings, we recommend you schedule a free consultation. Cancellations for Preplanned Trainings must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date of the service. With less than 48 hours' notice, refunds will not be given for cancellations of in-person or virtual Preplanned Trainings. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled time and date of the service. If you need to reschedule a Preplanned Training, please contact Ocotillo Training and Consulting LLC as soon as possible to see if we have availability.
